NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on June 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 13-2018:  An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of property located at 12600 West 42nd Avenue from Agriculture-One (A-1) to Planned Commercial Development (PCD) and for approval of an Outline Development Plan (ODP) (Case No. WZ-18-08/Ball).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Council will conduct a Public Hearing on June 11, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, to consider Council Bill 14-2018:  An Ordinance approving the Rezoning of property at 7955 West 42nd Avenue from Residential-Two (R-2) to Planned Residential Development (PRD) and for approval of an Outline Development Plan (ODP) (Case No. WZ-17-08/Environfinance Group)

Liquor Authority Board  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, the 24th day of May, 2018, at the hour of 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, a Public Hearing on the application for a new Beer and Wine license for Tokyo, Inc. dba Tokyo Joe's, located at 3753 Wadsworth Blvd. Ste 113,  will be held before the Wheat Ridge Liquor Licensing Authority in the Council Chambers located at 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.

Case No. ZOA-18-02: an Ordinance amending of Chapter 26 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws to include an additional criterion for review of applications for special use permits.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing is to be held before the City of Wheat Ridge PLANNING COMMISSION on June 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado

The following cases shall be heard:

 Case No. ZOA-18-02: an Ordinance amending of Chapter 26 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws to include an additional criterion for review of applications for special use permits.

Case No. ZOA-18-03: an Ordinance amending of Chapter 26 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws concerning electrically charged fences.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider two cases with applications filed by Squareroot, Inc.: Case No. WS-17-04 request for approval of a 9 lot subdivision for 4 duplexes and 5 single family homes and Case No. WZ-17-07 request for approval of a Specific Development Plan (SDP) for 9 cottage style duplexes and single family homes for property located at 2826 Eaton Street will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on June 7, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wheat Ridge City Treasurer has adopted Resolution No. 1 Series of 2016, A Resolution Amending the Sales and Use Tax Regulations of the City of Wheat Ridge to Authorize the Rounding of Fractional Dollars on Tax Returns.

Ordinance 1634 - An Ordinance extending the Temporary Moratorium of the submission, acceptance, processing, and approval of applications and requests for a permit, license land use approval or other approval for a Freestanding Emergency Room Facility.

Ordinance 1635 - An ordinance amending Chapter 7 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws regarding Elections to ensure consistency and compatibility with the Colorado Municipal Election Laws.

Ordinance 1636 - An ordinance amending Sections 11-291 and 11-401 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws, concerning the Authorized Activities of Marijuana Testing Facilities.

CODIFICATION 
Notice is hereby given that Ordinances 1622 through  1633 were codified into Supplement 60 for insertion into the Code of Laws of the City of Wheat Ridge.
Except where stated in the ordinances, Supplement 60 will be effective March 1, 2018.
