NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider Case No. WS-16-02 an application filed by Merkwood Homes, for approval of a 7-lot major subdivision with right-of-way dedication zoned Residential-One (R-1) and located at 11435 West 32nd Avenue will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on June 26, continued to July 24, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.  All interested citizens are invited to speak at the Public Hearing or submit written comments.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing to consider Case No. WA-17-07 an application filed by Merkwood Homes, for approval of a of a cul-de-sac length variance to the 750’ maximum cul-de-sac length as required by Section 26-412.2.c. of the zoning and development code for property zoned R-1and located at 11435 West 32nd Avenue will be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building at 7500 W. 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on July 24 at 7:00 p.m.  Case No. WA-17-07 is being considered concurrently with Case No. WS-16-02.
