Please review the submittal requirements for over-the-counter permits prior to submitting an over-the-counter permit to the Building and Inspection Services. You do not need to submit any plans for over-the-counter permits. However, multiple over-the-counter projects or over-the-counter projects that are a part of a larger overall project may be required to be submitted as a larger project that requires review.

Projects that require review cannot be submitted electronically at this time.  Please submit in-person with required drawings, application and plan review fee if not part of an over-the-counter review.  Please see requirements for Rapid Review to see if your project qualifies for over-the-counter review.
